Hot Stone Massage~ 60 min: $130/ 90 min: $177/ 120 min: $235

Stones are warmed up in 120 degree water tank and is helpful to increase circulation in the muscles. Helps soothe the clients into relaxation and a helpful tool for the massage therapist to use. Please note - advanced scheduling needed (no later than evening before) due to 45 min setup time

Deep Tissue Massage~ 60 min: $112/ 90 min: $160/ 120 min: $212

This modality doesn't mean that this is a painful massage. On the contrary, our therapists warm up the layers of muscles in order to go deeper, stay verbal with the client on how they are feeling throughout the massage and explain breathing techniques ensuring little to no pain felt during the massage.

Basalt Volcanic Stone Massage~ 60 min: $124/ 90 min: $172/ 120 min: $228

Melts away stress and soothes muscle tension, strains, soreness, and stiffness. No water needed and Stones heat up in 8-15mins. (No real setup time needed. Great to schedule before checking in!)

This version is a relaxing massage by helping reduce depression, stress and anxiety. Main benefit to the heart, by having the massage strokes in direction towards the heart, it increases circulation.

About Us

Vida de Wellness Spa began as Christina's dream, blossoming into a holistic santuary. Christina, a NY/NJ Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2014, excels in medical massage through continuing education. Sarah, a Certified MP of NLP specializes in Mental & Emotional Release(R) and Hypnotherapy. Our combined passion offers tailored therapies like trigger point, myofacial release, Reiki and Coaching services aimed at achieving balance in mind, body, and soul. We are honored to serve the community!

Where are you located?

638A Main Rd., Towaco, NJ 07082 Located on the lower level of the shopping mall. Please be careful with GPS! Drive around the corner from 900' Pizza and turn right into rear parking lot. At the end of the parking lot are French doors located next to #638. Enter into our waiting room or if the door is open please come on in!

What is your Cancellation/No Show policy?

Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations via call, voicemail or text to Vida de Wellness Spa. Emergencies are understood. ***Newest Cancellation/No-Show Policy*** 1st offense: forgiven, 2nd offense: 25% charge of missed service, 3rd offense: 50% charge of missed service. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get a get a refund?

This depends on the situation or possible issue. Please allow us to talk with the client. VDW Spa will be happy to reschedule with a complementary session and/or enhancement. Thank you in advance for your understanding and looking forward to correcting any issue.
